The SwissSTIM® remote switch allows the therapist to perform functional stimulation by controlling the duration of the contraction. Therefore it is strongly recommanded to only use the external remote switch in the presence of a qualified practician.
The Trigger system consists of an external switch box which plugs into the SwissSTIM® device.
TRIGGER SPECIFICATIONS
The trigger program offers three customizable parameters:
FREQUENCY
Set the frequency in Hertz [Hz] of the train of impulses.
IMPULSE WIDTH
Set the impulse width in microseconds [µs].
MODE
Select one of the three modes of operation:
INDEPENDANT
The stimulation is activated independently on each channel. The right channel is activated by holding down the right button and the left channel is activated by holding down the left button.
SYNCHRONIZED
The stimulation is activated simultaneously on both channels regardless of the activated button.
ALTERNATED
The stimulation is activated alternately from one channel to the other every time a button is activated.
